Inflection is an unprecedented collection of 99.9% pure tantalum integrated bracelet watches featuring grand feu enamel dials crafted by the workshop of 孔令俊 (Kong Lingjun), the foremost enamel dial atelier in China. It houses an iconic movement from haute horlogerie manufacture Girard-Perregaux; the calibre 03300, that has been heavily customised and decorated in a variety of premium finishes.
All watches and straps come inclusive of free worldwide shipping.

All our watches come with a 5-year warranty, valid from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers all manufacturing defects and mechanical issues that may arise during everyday use.
This warranty also covers all shipping to-and-fro from our global watchmaker partners throughout our hassle-free
aftersales process.
Order Process
Inflection launches with an extremely limited annual production capacity of 100 pieces across all three variants. Allocations will be determined through an application process which will be reviewed internally to ensure fair distribution. Applications, conversation with the founders and allocations will be carried out on a rolling basis.

Conversation with the Founders
Successful applicants will be invited for an initial chat with founders Robin and Wilfried, where they can ask questions about Inflection and/or the brand.
Deposit
Selected applicants will be granted an allocation once the initial 30% deposit is placed for the variant of their choice - subject to availability.
Payment terms
Payment will be divided into three parts; the initial 30% deposit, and two subsequent payments of 30% and 40% in line with production milestones. Orders are expected to be dispatched in Q3 2026.

Inflection’s harmony of convex and concave surfaces embody the complementary dualities of opposing qualities
expressed within the Chinese philosophical concepts of 阴 (yīn) and 阳 (yáng).
The watch is a study in contrasts, and a symbol of the beauty that emerges when such contrasts work in synergy.
An unprecedented achievement in tantalum
Each individual link on Inflection’s bracelet as well as the case, is made entirely of 99.9% pure tantalum.
Tantalum is a pure, highly inert and corrosion-resistant metal, known for its enigmatically dark bluish-grey
tone. It is dense, rare, notoriously difficult to machine, and rarely employed in the world of watchmaking.
The design of Inflection further complicates this process. With no exposed flat planes on the case and
bracelet, it creates a far more complex interplay between the endless concave and convex surfaces.
Its mixture of brushed, frosted and mirror-polished surfaces have been specifically designed to capture and
amplify the natural sheen and beauty of the material.
A grand feu enamel dial, crafted by China’s foremost dial enamelers
Encased in lustrous tantalum, all three variations of Inflection feature grand feu enamel dials, created by
the talented craftsmen of 孔令俊 (Kong Lingjun)’s workshop in Beijing.
Each dial takes multiple firings in a 750-850°C kiln, and the complexity of this process results in a high
failure rate, making the enamelling of these dials an extremely costly and time-consuming endeavour.
The three variants of Inflection at-launch are:
- Green - 幽 (Yōu) - limited to 30 pieces, featuring a hand-hammered dial base and a gradient that is especially challenging to achieve, ranging from pale green in the middle to deep viridian at its edges in translucent enamel.
- Black - 墨 (Mò) - inky, obsidian black grand feu enamel dial. This pitch black colouration required multiple trials of polishing to achieve the final, perfectly level surface.
- Blue - 渊 (Yuān) - midnight blue grand feu enamel that varies dramatically under different light.
An iconic movement from one of Switzerland’s oldest manufactures
Inflection debuts a movement from one of Switzerland’s oldest and most esteemed haute horlogerie manufactures,
Girard-Perregaux, in the form of a customised GP03300 calibre. Girard-Perregaux's technical pedigree and
capabilities in high-end finishing made them the ideal choice for the new series. It marks Atelier Wen’s first
exploration of such degrees of high-end finishing and movement decoration, and enables the brand to take a
vital step towards its goal of creating increasingly exceptional watches on every level.
The curved, sweeping lines and contours of customised GP03300 bridges inspired by motifs of wind in historical
Chinese paintings, were designed by Atelier Wen’s designer Alfred Chan, alongside Sidoine Lescauville and the
Girard-Perregaux technical team. These elements are a symbolic reflection of lightness that stands in
deliberate contrast to the immense weight of the material, and represents the achievement that
Atelier Wen has realised through our work with tantalum. The bridges are ruthenium-plated and decorated with
dramatic anglage, sharp exterior angles and laser-etched waved côtes that emanate radially from the centre of
the movement. They are complemented by black-polished screws, and a similarly wind-inspired rotor that has
been plated in 5N rose gold.
